Who operates NoticeScout

NoticeScout is operated by Data Horizon Analytics LLC. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Data Horizon Analytics LLC.

Research service—not a sale guarantee

NoticeScout organizes preliminary public-record information to help you research properties that may be scheduled for foreclosure auction. A listing is not confirmation that a sale will occur, that a property can be purchased, or that any displayed amount is a bid, payoff, or purchase price.

Your due-diligence responsibility

Before acting, you must independently verify the official notice, current sale status, title, liens, taxes, occupancy, property condition, bidder requirements, funds, and all applicable auction rules. The service is not a title report and does not provide legal, tax, real-estate, or investment advice.

Accounts and acceptable use

  • Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials.
  • Use the service lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation.
  • Do not use the service to make eligibility decisions covered by consumer-reporting law.
  • Respect official-source terms, privacy rights, and applicable outreach and marketing laws.

Early access

NoticeScout may offer free early access to every county then published for customers and counties published while early access continues. Free early access requires no card, creates no paid subscription, and never enrolls you in or charges you for paid access automatically. Early access may change or end. We will provide notice before continued access requires payment.

Data availability and changes

County documents, schedules, source access, and field availability vary and can change without notice. Records may be corrected, withheld, postponed, canceled, or removed as better source information becomes available. We may update or discontinue features and county coverage.

No warranty; limitation of use

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that every record is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular transaction. You remain responsible for every acquisition and bidding decision.

Changes to these terms

Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
