Who operates NoticeScout
NoticeScout is operated by Data Horizon Analytics LLC. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Data Horizon Analytics LLC.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how NoticeScout handles information when you create an account, search foreclosure property records, save a shortlist, or request an export.
Information we handle
- Account details such as your name, email address, password credentials, and access history.
- Counties viewed under your account access, saved properties, searches, exports, and support correspondence.
- Basic technical and security information needed to operate and protect the service.
- Public-record property and foreclosure-notice information obtained from official sources.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the workspace, preserve your shortlist, deliver requested exports, maintain source quality, prevent misuse, and respond to account or support requests. We do not sell customer account information.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be handled by hosting, database, security, and communications providers that help operate the product. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or the public.
Retention, security, and your choices
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and security obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain reliable audit history. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Signed-in customers can change their password and request account deletion from My account.
